Allison Stokke and Alyce Caron
Allison Stokke, born in Newport Beach California on 22 March 1989, is among America's most renowned and richest Pole Vaulters. A picture of her track meets at 17 became viral in 2007. It made her a the pole vaulter of her dreams. The athlete has gained a massive social following on Instagram as well as Twitter. She is well known track and fields athlete, as is Jessica Ennis Hill. Los Angeles Times noted, amongst others it was reported that Stokke was not seeking or encouraging such attention. In their book Technology Power and Culture in the Network Society Brett Hutchins and David Rowe linked Stokke's case with that of American soccer players Alex Morgan and Hope Solo female athletes who were fetishized and had their image being framed in a manner which, according to the authors, diminished their achievements in sports. Some drew comparisons to Brandi Chastain's performance at 1999's FIFA Women's World Cup celebrations sporting a sports bra in which the athletic successes of women were obscured by discussions over their looks. Photos of Stokke performing in New York early 2007, were published on the internet by an Californian journalist working on a track and field website. With Leather, a popular sports blog that has a lot of male readers and re-posted the image in May with the caption Pole Vaulting Is Sexy Barely legal. Matt Ufford had threatened to pursue the photographer over not taking down the photo. The story was already widely circulated and had attracted a lot of interest. A website dedicated to Stokke quickly appeared with photos of her in the vault the images, once they were shared through social media, internet fan groups attracted many thousands of fans. Alyce Caron..............Alyce Caron was born in Houston in the United States in February 1957. She wanted Florida to finish high school. In 1974, Alyce decided that she wanted to make a career change through an internship. Alyce's proud of being the sister of a college professor. The family she lives with provides financial assistance for her. Alyce lives in Texas along with her parents who are both employed by the U.S. Army. Alyce's family celebrated his 92nd birth anniversary three years prior. Alyce shared a picture of her gorgeous daughter on Facebook to honor her father's contribution in the U.S. Army. The daughter of her father, who is more interested in education than her father and won the national merit award at the University of Michigan in 2020, has also shown an increased enthusiasm for school.
